H H Project
A social enterprise

Practical self-compassion for the people who need it most.

We teach self-compassion in a simple, practical way — built around real people and their real struggles, so it actually helps in daily life. The money from our paid classes pays for our charity work.

What we do

More than a class.

H Project is a social enterprise. We run practical self-compassion classes — and we do more than that.

Every paid class helps fund our charity work: Self-compassion classes for those who cannot pay, letters to prisoners, and charity outings with ex-inmates. When you learn to be kinder to yourself with us, you also help bring that same kindness to someone who needs it.

How it works

Pay for a class. Fund compassion for someone who cannot.

Our paid classes keep H Project running. Every one of them helps fund free self-compassion classes for seniors, ex-inmates and more, our letters to prisoners, and our charity work. You help yourself, and you help others at the same time.

Why our classes work

Built around real struggles, not a fixed script.

01

Built around real struggles

We shape each class around the real problems people face, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

02

Practical, not just theory

Simple techniques people can use the same day.

03

Gentle, never on the spot

Many people are shy in groups, so we use quiet guided visualisation instead of asking anyone to speak up.

In their words

Hear it from the people we serve.
